High Performance People Presents
Lānaʻi, Hawaiʻi
Direct Sales CEOs
Collaborate Retreat.
A room of true peers. Three days to see your business—and each other—differently.
Express interestThe conversation we need to have
Is your business
really flat—
or in decline?
If growth isn’t obvious, it’s time to ask harder questions than usual.
- Is what your team is doing right now actually working to grow your sales force?
- Do you know how to inspire ambition, loyalty and productivity in your field?
- Do you have a mastermind of true peers you can confidentially brainstorm with?
- In an industry facing a decade of decline in the US, and constant media and regulatory pressure—what’s the smartest strategy?
Compete or collaborate?
What if your next breakthrough
comes from across the table?
Keep your challenges to yourself—or get in a room with leaders who understand them. Learn what is driving their growth. Compare approaches. Build personal relationships. Explore opportunities.
Time away. Insights that inform your next move.
The people. The practices.
The possibilities you haven’t seen yet.
- The back stories of your “competitors”
- Who these leaders really are, and how they got there
- Their challenges—very likely the same as yours
- What they’re doing right now to grow
- What the legacy companies that ARE growing do differently—best practices, now
- New ideas, contacts, technologies and vision
You’ll leave energized, with fellow CEOs just a phone call away.
The room matters
The people
are the advantage.
Direct selling CEOs and company leaders ready to bring real questions—and listen to real answers.
A smaller group creates time to get beyond introductions. Learn who your peers are, how they think, and what they have learned along the way.
Curiosity. Candor. Ambition.
