Across more than a hundred interviews with people who built a real career, almost all of them personally enrolled somewhere between eighty and a hundred people inside a twenty-four month window, and out of that hundred came four to eight leaders nobody could have picked out in advance. The guests here confirm it from their own teams, walk through what their first month and first year actually looked like, and give the daily ratios they ran to get there.
